    Honest MS staff

It's rare to see honesty on the general sales pages but i've found an example

just as not everyone was happy to see Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows ME retire (OK, perhaps not ME ).

    Not exactly. Translates as:

Last year we realised that Linux was gaining even more market share, especially on ultra-portable notebooks such as the Eee PC. We noticed. That's why we're still selling XP through hardware vendors to keep our finger in the pie, and because Vista is a bloated dog and won't run on them at all.
