you'd need to:Code:sudo apt-get upgrade Reading Package Lists... Done Building Dependency Tree... Done The following packages have been kept back: wife
Code:sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Ah, almost, but to get rid of the old version of wife first you need to:
sudo apt-get --purge remove wife
If the new version of wife isn't quite ready yet, you might have to temporarilly:
sudo apt-get install mother
But be very careful not to install mother-in-law by mistake after purging old wife.
