Can anyone give me a link to a free utility which can convert .MOV to mp4?

I've found this to be excellent at converting MP4 to AVI, the documentation reckons it can handle MOV too, but for some reason I don't seem to have the utility actually installed on my computer (must have just used it at work?) so I can't check if it converts to MP4:
