    Thinkgeek anyone ordered from them?

    Hey ho,

Has anybody ordered from thinkgeek in the past?

Was looking at some stuff on there(t-shirts mainly), looks great but does it work out alot for postage/HM customs charges and so on?

Anyone know any decent UK based companies that do similar stuff?

Be aware you may be stung with import duty on orders over a certain value....

Never had any problems... mostly manage to avoid duty, but don't bank on it.
Postage is usually insanely quick, considering the distance involved.

Some discussion of thinkgeek alternatives and shipping over on multiplay:
Thinkgeek anyone? - Multiplay UK Forums
ThinkGeek UK? - Multiplay UK Forums

Seems like import duty is less of a problem than it used to be.... Just something to be aware of...

    Cheers
