    Norfolks' Modern Reward Strategy

    This is really just a post for all Norfolk based people

    Have you had any information as to wether your pay is going up, down or nowhere yet? I thought we were all supposed to have received a letter by know informing us of any changes.

    This MRS sure is taking a long while to put into practice...

    Been following this one myself. Last update was in December, it's been unnaturally quite since then. We were supposed of received a letter back in January confirming individual pay changes. But we have heard nothing since December. What's even more worrying is that updates were posted monthly up to December and now there has been 4 months with no word at all.

    I'm beginning to wonder if there will be pay cuts for a large number of employees and instead of working with the unions now they are planning to just launch it and deal with the mess afterwards.

    Same here no further information forthcoming.

    It's now over a year since it's 1st april 2007 implementation date so don't hold your breath just yet.

    i have lost all hope in it myself....however, if my pay goes up, then I will look forward to the lump sum payment that should come through due to back-payment

    MRS UPDATE...

    Norfolk have today published on their website an update to the MRS process. This is the first news since 6th December 2007.

    Apparently 63% of support staff pay will remain unchanged. 24% will receive an increase, and 13% can expect a DECREASE in their basic pay....

    I think everyone in norfolk that is affected by this should throw it back at the union to make sure that nobody currently employed will lose any money.
