Did Samsung send anyone else a tree today?

I am now the proud owner of a Norway Spruce, sent by the strange people at Samsung from tree2mydoor.com as a means of promoting their eco-friendly printers.

I suppose it could look good in a corner of the office, but I thinks it may outgrow its surroundings a little.

Beats the rather dead looking yucca plant sitting behind me!

It won't be very happy indoors, you'll have to ask caretaking to plant it somewhere you can see it.

I wish they'd send me one...

It is indeed a real tree with roots and everything and I've donated it to the Biology Depts tree-planting scheme.

I like your thinking, always buy your other half something that you would like to receive yourself. This way your more enthusiastic about the gift and spend more time selecting it. Just need to get the GF into more geeky toys !
