Yep... makes sense. I've spent the last few days suffering with food poisoning (thanks mother!) so I reviewed the costs and info' with the transparent pricing in mind. I also put together a comparison spread sheet that takes branded, 3rd party alternatives, and my kits costs and compares them. The spreadsheet will handle comparisons based on number of prints (full page photo, standard document or varied output) or just on a number of cartridges so a "this is how much could be saved/spent" is available.

Definitely - make as much of it as you can accessible. Many people would be cautious to phone a company up and express a casual or passing interest in something, for fear of weekly sales calls after that (try asking Serif for a quote, for example!).
