Well done! I'm off to study Forensic Computing in September, not at Durham Uni though. I am starting to have second thoughts about this though.

Welcome to the world of further education. You're gonna love it. I'll leave it up to you whether that was said without a hint of sarcasm lol.
I got my results back from semester1 yesterday to find out that I failed maths by one point. I now have to pass all my modules this semester with decent enough grades or I'll have to resit an exam in august *sigh*. But yesterday I also found out that I got an A in my "LAN Switching and Wide Area Networks" case study and passed CCNA3

Well done -my son (currently on his gap year) has just been accepted to do engineering geology at Portsmouth Uni- so I am looking at it from the other side.
I have friends with children at Durham and they are very happy there
It is cold though!!!!

You will need a warm fleece up here.
You will not need so much beer money as long as you stay away from the trendy pubs in durham.
