    How important the job is to T&L (NOT how important THEY think it is) & the time it'll take to do.

    In tie break situations - it comes down to who had the best attitude when they asked!

    I've seen myself politely ignoring repeat whiners (more so if i don't like them), but on the whole stuff gets prioritised on how serious it is / how badly it affects people doing their job.
    Homers are graded on the size and quality of the whisky on offer

    everyone of my support requests gets done as soon as the user turns up at my door. It's an added bonus if the member of staff is attractive :-)
