    Excel Assesment Data

I have a large excel file of all of our Year 11 grades, Effort, Attainment, Grade etc for each subject x 15

    E.g.

    Admission Subject Effort Attainment Grade
    0001 Maths 5 6 A
    0001 English 7 6 B

Etc for 200 pupils and 15 subjects

I need to change the layout, i need subjects across the top of the sheet, admission stays where it is, but duplicates get removed,

    Any ideaS?

You want to use pivot tables, these are a great way of condensing data and pivoting it as well.

They can take a bit to get used to, but once you have you will never look back.
