Anyone else seen or heard of this? Our accounts manager got an email through saying we can have our own re-branded search engine and get payed 1-2p per search.
Ive had a look and its just ask.com re-branded. Is it kosha?

4th February 2008, 11:35 AM #2 Sure it's legal, but it's a touch brown - being paid to expose kids to ads.
Having said that, if the ads were more "kid targetted"... maybe thats a bonus.
Worth looking into. Will make sure guardian supports "safe search enforcement" on that as well as ask.

5th February 2008, 10:26 AM #5 We use it here, I was instructed to set it as the home page for the kids and the staff instead of the school website.
Kids don't use it, they automatically type www.google.com into the address bar, so it's abit pointless really.
