    Indeed, the new MS/Yahoo isn't as big as Google, but it is still a huge merger nonetheless. Also, I'm not entirely comfortable with MS' justification which goes basically "if we didn't buy and sink Yahoo, then Google would" - for me personally, I'm not sure that makes everything okay...
