Have you read this: http://www.f-secure.com/v-descs/bagif.shtml
I have recently Installed Sibeluis 5 and am running F-secure on the client machines. When I try to run the software, I get a warning that the following virus is present - Win32.kme. I am guessing that this is a false positive as the disk is clean and when I delete the sibelius exe file (where the virus is found) and reinstall I get the same warning message.
I was wondering if any of you have seen this problem in the past? Virus definitions are up to date, but thought maybe our version may need updating?
Yes, I have read that article and not found any other instances of a virus on the computer. The only other time I have had something similar was with a game exe file which was recognised as a virus. This was quickly updated with AV updates though. Wondered if anyone else had experienced it.
Sophos hasnt said anything about Sib 5, have you contacted Sibelius Tech Support about it?
