We're going to be JE-Shafted this year in Warwickshire.
What have others experienced so far?
We have a NM on SO1/top of scale and a Snr ICT Tech on SO1/top of scale. Any idea what is going to happen to us?
From reading about JE in other parts of the country it doesn't look good.
Both our union guy and the LG are playing their cards very close to their chests on this one.

19th January 2008, 09:43 PM #2 Fortunately i should be okay, since most recent gradings have been pre-vetted to some degree by the central HR dept. All current salaries will be honoured for a while anyway, probably until the national payscale for support staff comes in.
That's the one that i'm worred about personally.

Why are you worried about?
In theroy better than single status as leas have used single status as cost cutting excerise but goverment can't do that on national pay scheme. Due to mass strikes etc.
