One day of downtime scheduled while we do various things to the network interfaces of our virtual hosts - in reality as it'll be a staged migration we shouldn't have any downtime of services (just a host for a few minutes).
Mashing out the latest version of App-V will be the big project which comes along with a reimage of all PCs - SCCM is going to be helping big time there and hopefully we won't need to touch 90% of PCs.
After that its our 'making better use of data' project - going to be using Visual Studio Light switch and SSIS to automate various tasks which are currently done manually.
SSDs on all whiteboard PCs (A good test of MDT!)
Install network cable in a building
New machines for two computer rooms
New Internet connection at two primaries
New CC4 server at another primary
Lots of other odds and sods.
Roll out a brand new VDI infrastructure for around 300 devices
install new monitors in 4 ICT suites
Tidy up of all rooms
Ensure everything is ship-shape
Don't break anything
Addition to my summer plans:
Play copious amounts of football
Find new football when we lose ours on the roof
Go down the pub every friday
Play reggae music loudly
Install New DC.
New print, antivirus, remote desktop, deployment server.
Re-Install all 250 machines.
Fit more wireless points
Install HDD into laptops.
Configure all printers.
All on my own and have been given one week to do it.

Improve my trumpeting skills. Just bought myself the Grade 3 Jazz pieces. The plan is to enter myself in the autumn term.
EDIT: Enter myself for the exam!

Not quite to the end of week two and I've started very little (basically none) of that as teachers keep coming in to have their new tablets configured as they appear unwilling to read the instructions either we sent them or just the ones one the device's screen. Had one in yesterday who had made up the email address she was using for her appleid as she didn't realise that she needed to use a real one.
