I do have a set of 4KG weights at home, but that's it. I did used to own a rowing machine before it broke. I know I'd need an actual 'fitness regime' but doing it at home just feels.. Silly. But I'm too uncomfortable at the thought of going to a gym.
I have JUST the thing for you... Swear by it. This is how I started, even back at the late age of 27. Works 100% so long as you follow, do and eat 100% what Scooby says.

I did 110kg e-deads last week. Was benching on wednesday and I'm still aching! Not bad for a 5' 2" lady

That's bloody good! I'm not deadlifting or squatting atm (old kickboxing injury flaring up yet again) but my record DL was only 150kg. 201lbs 6' brah.

Thanks. I just get blank stares when I tell people. They have no idea what I'm talking about! I only weigh 62kg so not bad going. Hoping to do a proper deadlift with that weight one day

I recommend a lot of what Scooby says its where I first went when I started getting in shape using his calorie calculator and tracking everything i sate i managed to drop down from 18 stone to 11stone 8 and now Ive bulked up to 13stone now following this advice. I also used the subreddit /fitness.

I will also add dont be scared of going to the gym everyone is to busy thinking about what they are doing to take notice of anyone new.

That's part of the problem :P I don't know enough about fitness to go it alone so I'd need some help.

Which means I have to make myself get noticed. And I have to point out I'm a weakling noob that doesn't know his squats from his pressups. Also I'd be like "Yeah.. I can't interrupt any of these guys mid-workout to ask for advice. That's just rude."

My cousin posted this status the other day: "Unless your status about the gym includes a video of you face-planting on a treadmill don't bother posting."

A bit of coffee came out of my nose.

Greg Valentino. And no, it's not photoshopped, it's real. There was a film a couple of years ago, "The Man Whose Arms Exploded" - you can find it on Youtube.
