You could always try this little scenario to apply the clue stick.

Call at 11pm to the incumbent tech support required staff member goes something like this:

Hi, Sorry to be calling so late n'all but I was wondering if you could help... My 14 year old is having problems with his homework and seeing as you're a teacher I thought you could possibly help.

    *cue: deafening silence*

There are many reported issues of WII's and certain WiFi implementations of WPA2 having issues.
In order to make it possible to support our WII and an IPod Touch and an HTC Kaiser we had to downgrade to WEP 64 bit as it was the only mode that all 3 devices could negotiate sucessfully all at the same time.

We now run dualband, 802.11a WPA2 for computers and 802.11b/g WEP for gadgets.

Consumer electronics and WiFi a recipie for disaster.
