    Your age?

Worth bearing in mind; "The biggest killer of girls 16-20(or something like that)... is their boyfriends driving."

I'm more of a careful driver than my mum and she's in her 40's. My mum says like a drive like an old lady because I do the speed limit everywhere and listen to country music on my way home! Haha It's a shame they stereotype people but then again I blame all the chavs roaming about with big exhaust and squealing Vauxhall Nova who decide to race everywhere!

I got pulled over once by the police driving along the A442 towards Telford at night as I was driving "suspiciously carefully" they did a check and off I went

since when has there been grades???

*edit* read the post, assumed people were talking about actual insurance gradings for people >.>

also I call bull excrement on those gradings... considering my area as a whole varies from an e to an Ai i don't think my area should be a D (which is the same as the lakes estate...) Milton Keynes people may understand...

probably since insurance companies had computers and cold see easily where incidents were reported just by searching a database rather than paper records

When I said you were living in your own hime, I meant that you weren't living with your parents. Abillybob is an unmarried 20 year old living with his parents... your situation with a wife and two kids looks rather different ... through the insurer's eyes

Mine is A too, mind you I already suspected as much given the crime report for our area usually reads something like:

A spade was stolen from an allotment shed, it was later returned

    LOL

The list is hardly accurate. It lists me as an E grade yet my postcode covers where I live now (not too bad an area), where I grow up (nice area) and some of the most deprived streets in the country.

Plus what car are you looking at? Insurance group can also be misleading. IME it's how chavtastic the car is. I insured an MR2 as my second car in my second year driving at 22 year old in a supposed E grade area for 750...

My HU postcode covers Hull as-well so it lists me as grade D, but I get low insurance.
