    You sir, are making me want to get into the manufacturing business. Pretty sure I could find someone to knock a few up for a few pennies if I mass order.

    haha! You'd be suprised! You'd need to make thousands to get the cost low enough. We tried to get somebody to manufacture the screws (the ones with the blue plastic) that HP use for fitting hdds into their sff desktops. Nobody would touch it, and HP would charge £3 per screw!!
