I'd keel over without pasta. It is the best food ever. So much you can do with it. Mmmmm.

As already pointed out, juice can be bad for your teeth - your best option is probably to drink a glass first thing in the morning, then clean your teeth afterwards. If you want a diatary supplement, you're probably best off going to a health food shop, the staff there should be able to advise you better. I've found that plain chopped fruit is the easiest way to eat more fruit, and keeps much better in an air-tight container in the fridge than I thought it would - I don't know what they do to apples and banaas in the supermarkets these days, but they don't seem to spoil after being chopped for a couple of days. You can always add some bits of cheese or suasage, too, just to add a bit of flavour, a whole tub of chopped fruit being a little dull.

ooo which one is it @Danp?

I am good at cutting things from my diet (no chocolate for Lent) but it has to be something specific or it doesn't happen. If I say 'no direct bread or pasta' then I can probably do that. I tried cheese once, but got tired of it appearing in random places so it would have to be 'cheese' not 'cheese hidden in pesto which is on the salmon I just bought' haha.

Detox is the wrong word - it's just the one which is bandied about online for it. I just want the easiest way of eating more vegetables.

Easiest way? Stir Fries. Chop a bunch of veg up. Chuck it in a hot wok, with a dribble of oil (small dribble!), let it cook for a bit then add a bit of miso paste or some low sodium soy sauce and voila, tasty and healthy.
