    When I was at school, my teacher (form tutor) was shot in the neck, with a real gun and real bullets... blood splurted everywhere!! Luckily he survived, the pupils that did it... Got sent down for 2 years!!

    Even some of the rough parts of London with metal detectors on the door I wouldn't expect to see this. Just awful.

    Just woundering if this is just a one off or a sign of what's to come, hopefully not. I know not all kids are bad and even few are that bad but is hard not to piant them all with the same brush some times.

    Got friends who live in Whinmoor, we used to live in a rough area but it had NOTHING on Whinmoor was like visiting Beirut, broken concrete everywhere, drug dealers all over, kids fighting in the streets parents coming out and instead of breaking it up armed them!!!! started beating each other with sticks bats etc whilst the parents cheered - WTF??!?!?!?!

    How devastating for this poor teachers family. Everyone should be able to go to work knowing they will be home again in the evening back with family. This is just horrendous...
