    Try Trends housecall (housecall.trendmicro.com) and spybot and see what they find. Just because they did not get a hit it does not mean your not infected. Windows Defender has been lambasted because it only covers around a 1/3 of the active spyware out there.

    agree with you on using a mac.

    av i either use avast or avg

    firewall - zonealarm or comodo

    anti spyware - spybot search and destroy, adaware personal se, spy sweeper ( which is not free btw ), windows defender and hijackthis for IE version 6.

    But im not much of an IE user, so I normally tend to go with firefox.

    Never tried nod32 so not sure about that although heard a lot of good things about it.

    E-buyer E-Buyer is currently offering Panda Internet Security 2007 with an automatic upgrade to 2008 for £7.50. Panda 2008 came out as the Editors Choice on the recent PC World review of security suites.
