    I don't trust either of them to deliver good value. :/

    I've never understood why these big contracts are for a typical '10 years'. Why not 2 or 3 years, so at least if they're rubbish, you can get out of the agreement sooner and there's less of a pay-out.

    Again you have to question just how many MPs have true business expertise? And how many have actually ever run a business?

    Or how many of them are even capable of Googling 'searching with a search engine such as Google' a company name to find all the gripe about them.

    When the competition is Serco and G4S, I'm not sure it's actually worth going to all that hassle.

    We're doomed. Dooooooooomed!

    I still don't understand how outsourcing can save us money on something like this. Surely the only way to save money is to spend less. In which case, can't the MOD do this themselves? Hire a new boss for the division if their current guy can't do it, and get on with it?

    Outsourcing our military estate management to Capita just doesn't make any sense to me at all.

    I don't want to put CAPITA in charge of anything that might remotely involve missiles or bangy-things ;_;

    If it takes one and half years to swap out a hr\payroll system which is a pretty "standard". I'd be surprised if they migrate to the new "system" within 5 years. Guess we'll find out how good they are dealing with feedback from customers who carry guns
