    Thumbs up Hats off Amazon

Ok I know they have questionable morals when it comes to their staff safety and also their tax..

But I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my XBox controller and Kinect mount, no tracking info (so some git has had it away), they without question just going to send me a replacement of both.

So if I have an extra XBox controller for sale soon, you'll all know why!

Gotta say not bad customer service!

Always been great with me! Once my little brother Playstation 3 broke (he didn't break it just didn't start) they sent out a new one without asking for his back and refunded us the whole amount for the playstation. With a little bit of work from myself I got the broken PS3's hardware in working order again and then BAM it occurred to me we have two PS3's for free! Can't fault them, they have never argued and I believe this is why most people always go back to them!

It's a weird paradoxial type issue, they are amazing most of the time for their CS but have questionable morals... Primark is another example I always go back to. If you want a cheap Tee for £1, yes it might be rubbish and sizes all over the place, but when you want it for digging up the garden... which is why my local one is always packed (might be because it is Portsmouth though!)

You can always pick stuff up cheap off the factory outlet in Portsmouth too! Need to pay a visit myself.

They used to 'FREP' or free replace up to £50.00, this was heavily abused by people selecting super saver delivery over signed (no proof of receiving)... certain times of the year they relax it even more. Whine alot, you may even get a gift certificate - they're 'customer centric'.
