    People might also find the Sassoon font useful (although not free):

    This font set is seemingly specifically devloped for reading and handwriting education in schools, i.e. it's easy for pupils to read and write.

    Hello, i work in a specail school and and we also have extra large mouse icons.

    Brilliant, thanks for that Beeswax. We have Sassoon with Clicker 5 but its always nice to have an alternative

    Why dont you just increase the size of the font, or hold a magnifying glass to the user's face?

    this is a cost effective approach!
