    I always buy the Tesco Light Choices meals, costs £1-£1.20, takes 10 minutes in the microwave and you get a good variety eg Chicken pasta bake, chicken tikka masala, sweet chilli noodles etc...

    The innocent pot things are quite good. Supermarkets tend to have their own versions too.
