One second though, during the whole Gallifrey timey-wimey, freezing in a moment of time, cheating fate moment - didn't the head of the Gallifreyan council say 'No, all thirteen of them' while looking at the different representations of the doctors?

Surely that'd mean there's one doctor we haven't seen yet - and that's not the type of slip Moffat would make by mistake.

Peter Capaldi is the 13th. He was in the episode for about a second at the end with the other 12 Doctors when they were TARDISing it up around Gallifrey:

The thirteenth was Peter Capaldi - at least it was his image they showed immediately after that line was spoken.

No, but I think I need to rewatch it and start counting.

Tea and Kittens. The Mail can insert itself where it ought not be inserted.

I take it as a general sign that approving of something is good whenever the Mail disagrees.

Yeah normally I find, if the Mail don't like it, it's generally not that bad or quite good

Agreed! I did make me laugh how throughout the whole article the writer was deliberately writing to annoy rather than inform.

One of the Mail's main gripes was that it was on at the same time as the X Factor. Given that I would rather stick pins in my eyes than watch that garbage I was happy with the timing
