    Ric,

    I've just installed the hp utility and its asking for a cd in the drive to transfer to the stick, which is not mentioned in the tutorial?

    Does it not moan about the lack of dos files?
    If so have a look through http://www.bootdisk.com/ for files needed (or just copy the files from a 98 boot disc and point it there)

    hmmm, maybe I'm doing this wrong?

    I downloaded the util as per instructions, installed and am running through.

    I get to where it asks wether i want to install a cd or floppy to it and got a bit flummoxed.....

    LOL, sorry I must have a different HP tool. My one just makes a stick into a standard dos boot floppy but with the sticks size.

    i think that might be the one ric means but has pointed to the wrong one in the wiki..........maybe?
