    Name that connector Part 3.....

So some of you will remember this thread from a while ago.... Name this connector! and the name that connector.

Ever since then it has been known as "Steve" throughout EduGeek and even with suppliers I'm sure ICT Direct even know them as Steve's

However, let me introduce to you Steve's European cousin....

    Stefan!

    Name that connector Part 3.....-wp_20131106_003-1-.jpg

    All hail Stefan

"Shuko" the European mains plug and a C5 (BS 60320) socket.

So, in the light of that, maybe "Clive" would be a good name.

@john - you referring to the mickey mouse or clover leaf connector :

    Name that connector Part 3.....-iec_mickey_mouse_plug_power_connector.jpg

Or are you reffering to the actual mains plug which is a 2 pin European plug ?

    Name that connector Part 3.....-fbba0973fdf8d663e46c2d07f7d42f6f.jpg

Image that I found which has both :

I know exactly what the lead is we have seen plenty of them just it follows on nicely from Steves.

I don't get naming it "Clive" though

I'm younger than @Little-Miss and I knew that. [Probably helps that I've always called it the "sinclair C5"]
