Stress for me varies a lot. At the moment? Low stress (although my blood pressure is up again for some reason). When others dump things on my shoulders without warning and with ridiculous deadlines, it shoots up.

Not to mention, I get stressed just before each term - worrying about things working right when we get back in.

6/32... You are generally coping well with the day-to-day pressure you are under.

I know I'm too laid back though :-P

I don't do stress, I think I have lots of pent up stress though.

9/32. A few years ago, it would have been 35/32, but a realisation that life's too short and a change from the bullying blame culture I was in has worked wonders. And I don't need the SSRIs any more, which is nice.
