    Unhelpful Questions.

Do you know what a help desk is?
Do you know how to report to the helpdesk?
Do you know you're not that important and you are in a queue behind more important people..

    Helpful Questions

Do you feel you need training on any of the software and please state.
Are you comfortable using technology in lessons? any training needed on tech?
How would you rate your skills?
What area would you like to improve?
What would tech would you like to see in schools to aid lessons?

Feel free to reword my helpful questions or unhelpful ones to suit if you like them.

I would aim to keep it as simple as possible otherwise the staff will use it to whinge and this will create a negative response.
All questions should be non specific as this gives staff time to think about a negative response and this too is not required, you are delivering a service and the questions have to reflect this as a whole,

We use Adobe forms for all of our survey's and questionnaires, you can see the sort of questions we ask and the results.

Allow for anonymity as some staff don't like to put their names to anything negative if you see what I mean.

One last question I ask, albeit a theoretical question is "Would you recommend our service to a friend/school" Speaks for itself
