Are you going bald!
Damn, I thought it was in my head (urgh).. my hair over the last few years as been getting finer and finer and now you can see my scalp. I've not got a bald patch it just like I have less overall hair on my head? or that all the hairs on my head have become really fine! My hairline hasn't changed. it's just you can see my scalp through my hair.
Anyhow I need some cheats, hair powder seems extreme maybe a colour dye?
maybe a cap?

caffeine shampoo is very popular at the moment - it is supposed to reduce hair fallout and thicken hair
(wouldnt know -not going bald, or grey, yet, and I am really really old )

I've been bald for about 10 years now (38 now) just embrace it
I don't look 38 or so i'm told, hard to tell my age without grey hair or receding hairline. :~)

It doesnt work. It is great for dandruff, but not much else in terms of thickening hair or reducing fall out. I am practically malting, and I will be shaving all off soon. You can buy the spray on hair stuff which adds a binding agent to the hair to make it look thicker, but not really ideal and can actually make your hair worse in terms of its condition.

Man up and accept it? I've been developing a bald spot steadily now for the last 5 years. Better than having cancer or something isn't it?

Going grey on my head and VERY grey in my beard. My wife occasionally gets a look in her eye that means that the clippers are coming out and it all gets cut off.
Thinning and going grey is not a major problem for me. There are other thing to worry about.

Yes, I blame having children!
Use a lots of video conference kit here and it really shows on the cameras.
Went for a grade 2 and that has helped apart from a small mohican at the front so I can be all party at the front and old and time for bed at the back.

I have lots of hair... Lots and lots of hair.
But, it's receding. I blame stress.

Apparently related to testosterone interacting with hair folicils and genes. Less drinking and dropping weight round the middle help with excess testosterone production, Propetia is the only provable long term medical solution that binds with testosterone receptors and stops them being messed with. Given the current trend head shaving is in fashion, the whole thing is based on societal images anyway, hair loss, grey hair and weight used to be signs of wisdom and prosperity, it is only modern society that has outlawed aging and made it the root of all evil. The strict social conventions and traditions of the past also facilitated pair bonding more readily than today. I guess with shorter life spans stuff had to happen quicker but I still morn the passing of such comparatively well adjusted views when they have been replaced with the 'everyone must be twenty' madness of today.

Be man, and let nature take it's course. You never know, you may get a pattern!

I have noticed way to much hair in the bottom of the bath for my liking recently.

If it is starting to fall out then Caffeine shampoo is too late, like you said it only reduces fall out. So won't cover the bald patch...
