    I know sims system manager doesn't. Staff members with ' in their name upset it.

    I remember shouting at people a number of years back during the intiial development of our SQL product. that "Yes, it is extremely expected that o'Donnell and the like is going to be a valid name. It needs to cope"

    We keep finding little things in SQL that are still not completely happy with that sort of thing.

    In a related but much older fashion.. Anyone ever tried having anything use a teacher abbreviated as PRN or COM and run a Command line parameter including it
