    Solution is flawed I fear...
Not if you screw a steel plate over the top of the letter box.
If you put the key to room 101 in room 101, then how would we get the door open to put more rubbish into room 101??
Well the key would be the last thing to go in then

Hang on the words Pot Kettle Calling and Black spring to mind didn't you say you wanted to put in Microsoft, that would be destroying competition as well.
Nope, getting rid of one monopolist is not the same as getting rid of the only 2 things that could possibly drive innovation within said monopolist.
But you are picking which ones you consider to be the poorer party, who says that by putting Microsoft into the room you destroy innovation because the 2 smaller companies no longer have to fight big bad Microsoft.

Now that they have 50% each of the market place instead of the 10% they had between them they they no longer feel the need to innovate so they just sit and stagnate. All three destinies are entwined together you see :P

The modern world wouldn't run without Linux though so it couldn't possibly go into Room 101. Unless it had an internet connection :P

    1) BT Call Centre (ridiculous waiting times)
    2) Vista (doesnt allow me to play footy manager on my laptop)
    3) Tottenham Hotspur (the club and its fans because of the rivalry)
    4) Drivers who drive 10mph under the speed limit (no patience!)
    5) Stuck up people (your not special!)

    Re: Room 101...

Wats this "get rid of immigrants"?

Think you will find that most people in this country are decendants from immigrants of some kind. Yes, even white people. When the romans ruled and settled in uk for a while they were suprise, suprise immigrants.

Im sick to death of people seeing a non-white and thinking he or she is an immigrant and is putting a strain on the econmy.

What about all the jobless, slobs that are claiming benefits for themselves and their 9 kids? Think that is a bit of a strain dont you?

    Re: Room 101...

I never mentioned anything about non-whites..and I thought the whole point of 101 was to put *your* 5 things in, not have those 5 things analysed and opinionized upon?

And to be fair, I did have the 9 kids benefitters in my 5 too
