(Son took a call last week from one who introduced himself as Richard, line went very quiet when my son asked if he could call him Dick.)

It's paradoxes (I think). Paradox's would be something belonging to the paradox...

    1. Lazy humans
    2. Aggressive, angry people that think they have the right to treat others badly
    3. Disgusting, smelly, sticky things (fluids etc)
    4. Religon - only the one TRUE god shall remain. Long live the Flying Spaghetti Monster
    5. If the rules are the same as the TV series I'd go with Stephen Fry's answer to put room 101 in room 101 - therefore ending all things that are disliked or owning the room myself!

The alternator in question isn't on a K-series Rover by any chance? I had to take an engine mount off to change mine.

    Re: Room 101...

Oooooh !!!!! this looks like fun !!

    1. Religion - probably the cause of more trouble and strife than anything else in the history of the world

    2. Immigrants - Not to be racist, but really we do need to put the brakes on things as they are currently getting out of hand and only going to get worse. We are a tiny enough island as it is.

    3. Irresponsible parents - such as the baby factories who churn out kids in order to raise benefits rather than any thought of bringing a child into a loving environment and the responsibilities which come with that

    4. Celebrity obsession - everything from teenagers growing up with nothing more than the aim of being on big brother, or becoming the next WAG, right through to the public and medias fascination with such things as what David Beckham had for breakfast last weekend

    5. Political correctness - as some of you may have noticed...I am not a terribly PC person, nor will ever I be, really cant stand the softly softly nicey nicey approach that has encompassed modern times.

Shame its only 5...I could have reached 10 I reckon !

If you put the key to room 101 in room 101, then how would we get the door open to put more rubbish into room 101??

Nope, getting rid of one monopolist is not the same as getting rid of the only 2 things that could possibly drive innovation within said monopolist.

    Re: Room 101...

How about we do a Futurama Farnsworth Parabox, and put Room 101 into Room 101, just to see what happens?
