Re: Government Announces Next Steps For School Support Staff

The new body will replace the current arrangements where pay levels and conditions of most support staff in schools are set as part of the wider local government workforce.
    Hmmm goodbye MRS then???

Ah, MRS. No, I have spoken with my Unison Steward here, who's spoken to Jonathan at Norfolk Unison Branch, and it is not going to effect MRS.

They're just trying to keep us sweet so we don't leave our jobs before BSF.

Re: Government Announces Next Steps For School Support Staff

The support staff pay thing has everything to do with bsf in some ways as at moment what is paid for net man in Leicestershire is different to nottingham etc. With single pay scheme like teachers have it does two things one means bsf companies will be forced into following it as minimum. Second it helps those who become trust schools.

This remeber is also for every support staff not just technical staff so think bigger picture people.
