25 Computers for those on Benefits

I was listening to Heart on the way to work this morning and on the news section they mentioned that the Govt and Microsoft announced, as of today, a scheme to allow those on certain benefits the chance to buy a pc for 25 and get broadband for 2. (those were the figures I recall but sound too low).

I have tried to find something about it online but google gives me nothing.

Did anyone else hear this on Heart this morning or was it a figment of my imagination?

They will help some people who will make good use of them, but others will just sell them.

That's a few thousand more for the CIA/FBI/MI5/Person of Interest to snoop on.

Ooh, the Daily Fail readers at this school will love this when they hear about it!

Most of them live locally (unlike me) where UKIP was elected at the recent elections...
