Normal school day here also. I'll get a day off in lieu though.

School's off (what school open on a Bank Holiday?). I was going in but the weather is too nice. Saying that, it's starting to cloud over!

Our school is open today, independent boarding school so the students and some staff are here any way, from my point of view i'd rather be at home, but I fully understand the reason for being open. On the plus side, I have beaten my record time to get in to work.

I'm wading through Powerpoints for an eSafety day at another school tomorrow. Son is revising for his AS Levels and husband is relaxing in the sun with the papers

In the words of a long gone head of science... "This... is not... a bank..... it is a school!"
And we are here for a normal day. Boarding school; can't send the kids home.

Same as the others. Boarding school here... easier to operate as a normal day than sort out activities etc for the boarders.

@Lftek55, I hope everything goes well.

It sounds like Mr G40's having a whale of a time at least!
