    I moved from Android to WP8 for my phone. Still on Android for my tablet but not included it on the poll since it isn't a phone. :P

    interesting - does it cost to become a developer or is the development kit free?

    What's the basic core language you program them in?

    iPhone 5 here. Couldn't be happier with it. Does the job. Ironically, the Edugeek app or mobile site didn't show the poll so had to view the desktop version.

    iPhone 4S ATM, I've been using iPhones for years and can't live without a smartphone now. Been keeping an eye on Android and am tempted to switch as I think they've matured a lot since version 4 - the product is now usable. Only thing that put me off is I'm never too convinced about the Apps on it.

    SDK is free along with Visual Studio Express. You need Windows 8 to develop for WP8 (its a hyperv thing, nothing to do with metro), to put it on real phones and the store you need to be a registered developer which is $69 a year.
    The main language is c# which is brilliant to use.

    Yeah sadly the apps dont support polls yet.
