    Here's my recipe for Anzacs:
    • Mix 1 cup of plain flour, 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut together.
    • Melt 125g (1/2cup) butter & 2 tbsp golden syrup.
    • Mix 1 tsp baking soda with 2 tbsp boiling water and while it's fizzing, chuck into the butter/syrup mixture. While this is frothy, mix into the dry ingredients.
    • Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and spread onto greased trays, allowing room to expand. Bake 180C for 10-12 mins and allow to cool on wire racks.

    Makes 24.

True, we get a free pack of cow biscuits with every toner order from QC Supplies - they always arrive broken though after being in with the toners in a big box so not the best dunkers

Me too. And if it didn't happen yet, I was going to start it :P
I consider Jaffa Cakes to indeed be cakes, as they begin soft and harden as they stay exposed, and a biscuit typically does the opposite. But I still eat them as biscuits. And an entire pack at a time..
