    There are people throughout councils who are paid good money to show short term results without any thought for long term consequences.

    And councils wonder why the Government are trying to desolve more power down to schools in deciding for services they want when they are doing things like this, how do the people that hire these people keep their jobs, what a joke.

    That should be looked at and whoever made the decision to hire like that should be fired/disciplined, too many times now we just tolerate this kind of bad decision making in public office and just shrug it off when questioned.
