I have Health and Safety in my job description like so...
Health & Safety
Advise other staff of H&S aspects of proposed developments. Actively monitor school, LEA and legal requirements for H&S.
Develop relevant H&S procedures and ensure that all ICT users follow appropriate practice.
Now the problem is I have not been doing much of this at all so wondered if anyone knew of any resources to help me out?

Your local council should have a Children’s Services Health and Safety Adviser and Children’s Services Health and Safety Service, you can get documents and templates from them.
We were given a H&S alert recently. Make sure your UPS batteries aren't out of date. They can give off toxic fumes if ran well past their maximum age. Local school was evacuated because of this. Bet that IT department had a very bad day.
