Well they were clearly pi$$ed when doing it, that they couldn't tell the difference. Last time I checked there's quite a difference between waste water and whisky...

Damn...
well, expect the price of Scotch to go up soon!
Fortunately for me I don't drink the stuff, much prefer a nice Irish![]()

I cried a little when I read this....and not tears of joy!
To think....all those litres of Chivas going down the drain....
There are no words![]()

Somebody has made a VERY expensive mistake... there may be a vacancy up there now!
I'm gunna try and keep it together as I'm at work at the moment, but I can tell you now I'm gunna cry myself to sleep tonight![]()
I'm working my way through a nice bottle of Johnie Walker black label 12 year old at the moment.......

I grew up in Dumbarton. I used to love the smell from the distillery when they were brewing up the mash.
err I mean at home lol, I got it for xmas and the better half doesn't really me drinking the stuff, so we have an amnesty on at the moment, where I must finish it as quickly as possible - only to happy to help![]()

Since Christmas I've had a couple of different bottles of the fine stuff....
Jura, Chivas, Laphroiag...All taken in moderation, of course!
Can you tell I'm a single malt type of guy?? LOL!
I grew up around the Whisky bonds in Edinburgh and my nursery was in the Royal Mile which backed onto the Youngers brewery, the smell from that era will live with me for the rest of my life.
