Following a recent promotion a full-time vacancy has arisen within our Technical Services team, suitable for a skilled individual with a great work ethic.

We are looking for an appropriately qualified and experienced individual to work within our Technical Services team across our campuses in Watford, Kings Langley and Hemel Hempstead.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will work as part of a team to provide technical support to ensure that all resources and College equipment, which supports both curriculum delivery and business processes, is continually maintained and available for use.

You will have an appropriate qualification in computer network deployment and support, or the equivalent level of technical knowledge gained through a combination of experience and specialist training.

You will have successful experience in hardware and software installation and support for both desktop and network infrastructure, with the ability to diagnose, evaluate and devise solutions.
