Various bits of kit on my network have mutated over the holiday and have decided to overthrow the evil network administrator.
So far a print server spontaneously decided that it wanted to be a DHCP server even getting the range correct, fighting with the main server to dish out IP leases with 33 year life spans.
Next was the wireless access point that decided it wanted the Color laser printers ip address, which caused no end of problems with the OKI alternately printing, and then sulking throughout the day.
I swear they are becoming sentient, no other changes were made to their setup, all passwords remained unchanged along with all their other configurations.
They Live I tell you!
Oh and I had a nice 6 weeks off BTW
