Another vote for Diprobase - they used it on me in hospital and it worked great - its very similar in composition to E45 - so try one of them - they take a bit of rubbing in - but do seem to help

Thanks all, got some E45 and it is doing wonders but is greasy as hell! Might use that at night and give that hemp cream a go for the day (assuming it's less greasy than E45?)

Hand cream - not something I ever envisaged myself having a conversation about!

I was going to recommend the bodyshop hemp cream but it is kind of greasy although it works in quite well. If my hands are bad I put a good dollop on and leave it for a few mins, then rinse my hands, which seems to still do some good.

I suffer from adult cystic acne whilst simultaneously suffering horribly dry skin so I can't use anything oily or greasy and I can't take the 'normal' acne treatments as they make my skin crack and bleed. So far I've found Dermalogica products AMAZING but I can't afford the expensive moisturisers so I use the Neutrogena oil free face moisturiser. But you could look at some of the Dermalogica range:

multivitamin hand and nail treatment - Dermalogica UK

    active moist - Dermalogica UK

    barrier repair - Dermalogica UK

I love Dermalogica products but they can be pricy... Jersey Beauty Company are an excellent reseller.

I suffer badly with this..I've found the "Jason" natural stuff to work really well with it.

Bodyshop hemp hand protector is the only thing that i've got that works, even e45 is too thin and doesn't hang around. Vaseline just makes my hands feel like I want to wash them!
