Helpdesk software for BECTA

Just wondering what software other schools use as a helpdesk...

I'm looking for a web solution that can generate reports!

If possible "Free"... but probably unobtainable to get a helpdesk for free... which the functionality i want.

@darknova: Do a search and you will find several discussions about software such as Liberum, One||Zero, ResourceTracker and GLPI (which I use).
