@TBlax 8 stone is TOO light at your height. Please get your thyroid checked outby a doctor... it's a simple blood test.
I had an overactive thyroid after the birth of my son... that's basically your metabolism going too fast. You burn off food and then body fat and when there's no fat to burn on your body, your muscles start to waste. It is very serious. It took 6 months of 'block and replace' therapy to fix mine. Please get yourself checked out properly. At 19, you will feel indestructible... unfortunately, you aren't.
My son is a year younger than you and 6'5"... he is 11 stone 5lb and as thin as a rake. I dread to think how thin you are.

as the OP of the original 'weight loss' thread, i have been noticeably absent from both that, and this new one.
I started the original thread when I realised I had a problem with my weight that needed fixed, but it has taken until now for me to actually do someting about it.
I tried a weightloss hypnosis program, knowing that my mind was susceptible to change after reading a book about not smoking and never sminging since...
It just made me more aware of what i was eating, and when i should be excersising, and i think it has been effective.
I will post back here in a few months if it has had an effect. I am 95KG just now.
So, in just about 12 months I have lost 4 stone and about 4" from my waist. My general health has improved and I feel great.
Now, everyone asks me how I did it, and other than cutting calories from alcohol, nothing but being more active! I may do some before and after shots if my self consciousness subsides.

My weight has slipped back to 13st 10lbs but I slipped with the exercise and eating but considering Ive only put on 4lbs im not too worried so its back to the regime and getting down to 13 stone before xmas!
A few pounds have crept on over the summer, but now that I am back to regular exercise and a regular diet, I am pretty confident it will go reasonably quickly
Mr gee40 is a stone lighter than this time last year and fitter than he has been for years. We shame each other into exercise and not snacking

Well I'm still doing the opposite and trying to gain some mass. Swapped to a 5x5 routine that kicks my ASS now, and trading up Krav for MMA on Tuesdays. Sat at a not-especially lean 14 stone, but with at least 'some' ab definition. Getting old now though at 30, so gains are hard-won. HOPE TO GOD I'll be at 200lbs lean by next summer. That's about as 'big' as I want to be tbh.
