Sounds like you have all done really well at BETT. I only put on 0.5Kg which considering the hours worked, beer drunk and food eaten is not too bad. I can also feel smug about going for a run on Tuesday evening
Keep it up all and have a great week this week.

The diet just consists of A LOT of exercise, I'm now a manager of a youth football team so I coach 3 times a week for 1 and a half hours, then I play football myself twice a week for between 1-2 hours, then I go to the gym for weight 3 times a week,
I haven't changed my diet per say, but I am just eating smaller portions and cut down on snacking.

I have learned something new this week. For anyone who takes up running as a new activity take it easy, and build up your distance and pace slowly.
The lesson for me was - if you push it too quickly you can injure yourself. Only a minor calf tear, but quite painful and has set back all of my exercise for at least a week. Still, I have been eating well and this week lost 0.5Kg (ish).
That is not too bad (for a NYC holiday). Don't be disheartened and get back to where you were (diet and exercise) you will find holiday weight disappears quite easily

@witch, I'm hoping some of it is the after effects of the flight. Previous experience suggests that I shouldn't weigh myself until I'm 48 hours clear of the plane as that's a more realistic measure of weight gain.

Well once again i'm re-visiting this thread. With a mix of new baby and lazyness my weight has once again reached the 15+ stone mark (15st 9 last Monday) Just doing circuit training once a week was not enough to offset my general unhealthy eating. So last week I changed it up again.
I have started the 5:2(fast) diet as a boost to get me started, I couldnt do this diet long term but as a boost and as mental queue to get back eating healthy it has helped.
Also along side my circuit session once a week I ave started doing the "Insanity" workout before work each morning (6am)
So 1 week in and i've lost 6lb - happy with that.
Current weight 15st3lb

I'd forgotten about this thread....
I'd had a pretty good few weeks leading up to our Easter holiday to Florida.....so 10 days in Florida and I only put on 0.1Kg!!
Back on it again, watching what I eat and upping my exercise levels...hoping to get it off (and more) this week :-)

balooned to 97KG in the 3 months since May, mostly due to heavy and regular beer and wine intake, mixed with a large drop in excersise during the winter months.
Have joined a gym, so hopefully will get myself back on track!

Weighed myself 2 weeks ago and I was just about 15 1/2 stone so decided I needed to sort myself out.
So, 2 weeks having eaten a lot less and doing half an hour of cardio every day and I'm down to 15 stone 1lbs. Hoping to get to 14 1/2 stone by term time.
Eventual goal is 12 1/2 to 13 stone.

Weighed myself last week, I've slipped back to 8stone. Some say that being 8stone at 6'1" and 19 years young is bad, and that I need to eat more. All we know is, he's called The Stick (stick thin... no? )

Ouch, yes, that is very low for your height. Worst I hit was 9 1/2 stone and I'm 6'3" - this was about 5 years ago (22/23).
