Still not touched the scales..
Friday was a dead loss, we were having take away Pizza (planned 2 weeks in advance), which should have just scraped in under a normal days full intake.
But a friend rang up wanting to go for a few beers and there are reasons why I can't refuse, so ended up 7 pints the richers, and a Burger on the way home ( I did make sure it was a plain no cheese burger. )
Then yesterday my brother in law popped round with a crate of Coors light, did manage to stay well within the days intake though...
Lot better today

Weighed in again on Friday....another 1.1Kg off :-)....2.6Kg total loss so far :-)
I have had takeaway pizza though on Friday night for step-daughters birthday......plus it's BETT this week......I'll aim to keep the damage to a minimum this week :-)

Congratulations to everyone who is loosing - you are all doing better than me at the moment!
I think with BETT this week we all will have to take a slightly flexible view of the diet!
Good luck keeping to it this week and keep it going
I will be heading out for a run (I am not a regular runner!) a couple of nights during BETT so if you are staying down and would like to join me send a DM.

I 'm just recovering from a streaming cold. I haven't done any exercise for a week and BETT is going to further wreck things. No matter. It's only a setback

Started gym on sunday felt good and was reorganising my food intake yesterday. Gym today bring it on!
For BETT I will probably make something from home and take it. A lot of walking! Must remember to wear trainers

Travel plans to BETT worked better than yesterday. I left home 10 minutes earlier and got to BETT 45 mins earlier.
This means I have time to take on fuel before starting... It's only a small bacon roll. Honest

Last timie I went to BETT, I Drove from Cumbira to stay at my Sisters In Letchworth, Got the Train from there to Londnon, and then had a McDonalds Cumberland Sausage Bap.

Got a PB on alt shoulder press, then military. Front raise almost back up to the record, shrugs and side raises still average.
20 mins average cardio (280 cals on treadmill.)
180-190g protein, 400g carbs, around 2500 cals.

Did a chest and back DTP session yesterday, but did supersets, so 50 chest press then 10 second break into 50 back rows then 40, 30, 20 10 and back up again to 50 so all in all 600 reps - takes around 30/40 mins.
Chest Press 60KG
Shoulder Press 50KG
Leg Press - 190KG
My Cardio is fairly good but i don't really work on that too much in the gym, leave that more for at rugby matches etc
Hitting about 1900Cals a day with 170G of Protien

Two days at BETT which included an all-you-can-eat buffet (with jelly, yay!) and two boring train journeys that involved various snack foods..
Oh well, the weekend is shot - I'll eat like a pig tomorrow and start again on Monday

Been a week since I started the Gym and I know its early days but I am happy with it so far. Ordered a totalgym for home use to compliment the days I am not at the Gym. Before starting the gym I did rework my diet slightly and my weight is going down which is good. Kinda slipped my mind when I did a workout on the treadmill, cross trainer and bike that I had to go bett the next day!!
For bett I pre peeled some grapefruit and put it in a ziplock bag for the morning snack with some homemade chicken tortilla wraps for lunch. Hopefully I will stick to what I am doing hope you guys do too! Keep up the good work
